Good or bad, negative or positive, what drives our service is feedback. In order for us to optimize our customer service and construction practices, we need to hear from you, the customer. Though we pride ourselves on positive feedback and good reviews, they do nothing for the growth of our service. With negative feedback comes adaption. We always try to fix our mistakes by talking with you and/or adapting our practices for the future. According to Vendasta, 88% of online shoppers include reviews in their decision-making process.
Without reviews, we would not be considered one of the biggest, most reliable roofers in the Midwest. Because of the amount of positive feedback we’ve gotten over the years, we grew from a small business in Indianapolis, IN to a BIGGER business with locations in Indianapolis, IN, Ft. Wayne, IN, Lafayette, IN, Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, St. Louis, MO, and Nashville, TN. These reviews lead to customer referrals, which lead to more referrals, and so on.
The majority of our business comes from 1. Advertisement and 2. Referrals. As a result, we depend on our customers just like you depend on us.
Here’s how the process works:
After your project is complete, you can leave a review on our website, Facebook, Home Advisor, Google, BBB, Guild Quality, and/or Yelp! You do this by giving us a star-rating out of five and writing a little summary of why we deserve this rating.
This review comes to our marketing department via email/social media. Our marketing specialist(s) read your review, then, pending your rating, contact you.
After we have contacted you, we also display it on our website or post it on our social media.
Thereafter, other people see this review and decide whether or not they want to use as a contractor.
This is then repeated by other customers because of your initial review.
Essentially, reviews help us help you. Please, do us the kindness and leave us a review so that we can continue to offer our customers the best service possible!
