Case Study

Loveland – New Roof

The roof of this home was old and leaking. The homeowner called Bone Dry and set up a roof inspection. Our specialist Patrick Hesselbrock went out and inspected the roof. Upon inspection of the roof, he noted the shingles were in poor condition, the flashing around the chimney was in need of repair. He also inspected the attic and noted that the insulation level was not up to energy level standards.

He recommended that the roof be torn off down to the plywood and new Owens Corning Duration shingles be installed. He also recommended that the insulation be installed to R-38 which is the code level. Once he sat down and went over everything with the homeowner, they agreed this work needed to be done and Bone Dry was the one for the job!
