Challenge
Water was getting in around the chimney. The flashing was bad and needed replacing.
Solution
On this chimney, Bone Dry Roofing removed the shingles to the deck. They removed the existing step and counter flashing. Inspected the decking and installed ice and water guard. We installed new step and counter flashing to the chimney. Installed and sealed new shingles to match existing color of the home.
