Challenge
Leak around pipe boot. The customer needed a new pipe boot and collar.
Solution
Remove old boot, inspected decking, installed ice and water guard. We installed new pipe boot with neoprene collar, installed 2nd layer of ice and water guard. Completed the job with new shingles.
