Challenge
Bone Dry Roofing was called out for an inspection to find out where the customers roof was leaking. Upon our inspection, we determined that the leak was coming in due to the chimney needing to be re-flashed. We explained the issues to the homeowner and walked them through our proposal to remedy the problem.
Solution
We removed the materials to the roof deck, installed ice and water guard, new step flashing, shingles and aluminum counter flashing. This roof and chimney are now safe and sound, backed by the Bone Dry name!
