Challenge
Leaks were appearing around a sidewall roof line in Columbus. It was evident that it was a roof leak. The whole area would have to be inspected by a professional so that an accurate estimate could be delivered.
Solution
The leak was discovered to be coming from a gable where the roof meets the sidewall. Bone Dry Roofing had to remove the siding and shingles to repair the water leak. Our experienced repairman installed ice and water guard, new step-flashing, and shingles. Afterwords, the siding was reset. Now this homeowner doesn't have to worry about water damage or mold to in the interior or exterior of the house.
