Bone Dry Roofing was called out to take a look at the gutters and downspouts. The gutters were leaking along the seams and all of the downspouts were too short or damaged.
Solution
We extended and repaired 6-10 short or missing downspouts bottoms with 5×5 square commercial downspout mitering elbows as needed. Then we cleaned and resealed 25-30 gutter section seams. The new downspouts will do the water management job effectively and this facility owner can rest easy!
