Customer had leaks coming into home around the Chimney Chase. We visited the property and provided a detailed examination, which revealed the roof deck wasn’t properly protected at the joint where the chimney meets the roof. We crafted a custom plan to fix this issue and walked the homeowner through the steps.

Bone Dry Roofing removed the Siding and Roofing Material around the Chimney Chase to the roof deck. We then installed ice and water guard on the roof deck and on the sidewalls of the chimney sheathing. BDR installed new step-flashing and shingles and re-attached the existing siding. BDR will also be replacing the Galavanized Chimney Cap shown with a new Stainless Steel Cap (pictures will be uploaded when completed).
