This shingled roof was installed over slate tiles creating shingles that were lifted, areas where leaking was occurring and pieces of slate falling into the home. They needed an expert’s help! We inspected and outlined a custom plan to remedy the issues.
Solution
Bone Dry Roofing removed both the layer of asphalt shingles and the slate roof. We then installed new decking and brought the roof up to today’s code compliance requirements. We installed Owens Cornings Estate Grey Duration Shingles and provided this homeowner a Platinum Warranty…25 years of workmanship covered at 100% and 50 years of materials covered at 100%!
