One of the best parts of the job is forming relationships with our clients. We always love when a past customer comes back to Bone Dry Roofing for their next home project! These homeowners contacted us looking for an estimate for a roof repair and masonry work. A crack had formed in the cement chimney cover which could easily lead to further damage when it comes in contact with any moisture.

We sent out a member of the team to the residence to take a closer look at the different issues with the roof. They sat with the homeowners to walk them through the problem and create a proposal for a solution. In addition to fixing the minor roofing issue, we addressed the cracking chimney cover by applying a full coat of sealant that acts as a water barrier for any pits or small cracks that existed or may pop up in the future. It was great to work with these homeowners again, and it just goes to show that Bone Dry Roofing will always be there for you and your home!
