Challenge
Our customer called and said they were getting water in through the furnace vent and asked if we could resolve the issue.
Solution
Our installers removed the shingles to deck around the furnace vent. The removed the vent cap, collar, and boot. We then installed ice and water guard preventing water from getting in. They installed a new furnace cap, collar, and boot.
