Bone Dry was contacted last year to inspect gutter & flat roof issues at an elderly couple’s property. After meeting with their trusted handyman, our team was able to help develop an estimate for the issue. Back then, they were in the budgeting phase, but knew that something was going to have to be addressed to prevent further damage.

Fast forward a year, our homeowners have budgeted to replace the sun-room’s flat roof overall & are ready for us to return. It is not a problem at all to pick up where we left off last spring. We keep all proposals on file & are happy to revisit them upon our client’s convenience. We know that there is no need for high-pressure sales tactics. This particular project entailed removing the existing flat roof system material, replacing the ISO board underneath, & installing new EPDM rubber roofing. First things first, we’ve got to tear off the existing flat system.

Tapered ISO board is installed to divert water away from the home.

Fiber board is then added to outward edge before the EPDM is laid atop the entire area. This underlayment is installed before the final sealing process.
