Customer had rotting decking due to unsealed flashing around the chimney that was causing further issues to the roof.

Grant Casteel – our repair manager at Bone Dry Roofing, informed the customer that in order to ensure that the job be done thoroughly to prevent any future problems, the decking needed to be replaced and new ice and water shield needed to be installed to prevent moisture leaks. Also, new flashing surrounding the chimney would need to be installed and sealed.
