Challenge
As is the case with many homeowners, our clients are often looking for ways to increase their home’s efficiency. This simple move can often lower overall utility bills & save money over the life of the home. In this case, Scott met with a prior customer to discuss an estimate & install ventilation along the ridge line of the roof.
Solution
When done correctly, ventilation is a helpful tool no matter the weather. In the cold, it helps to maintain a cool roof temperature, which allows for a more even snow melt & prevention of ice damming. In the hotter months, the airflow is able to relieve the strain on HVAC systems to cool the attic space.
No matter the reason, we are here to assist with your projects!
