Homeowner contacted Bone Dry Masonry due to water finding its way inside the home. Bone Dry Masonry’s specialist went out and inspected the area. After inspecting the area thoroughly, we found that the chimney stack above the roofline was failing and allowing water inside the home.

Bone Dry Masonry’s estimate recommended removing the chimney, because it only vents the furance & water heater. After removing the chimney we will install an appliance liner (5″x20′) w/ b vent to code height, and deck over and install ice & water shield and shingles to match.
