Phil Z. was up in arms over this leaking porch roof! Every time it rained, this roof would leak all over their front porch and cause a mess. He called Bone Dry Roofing to come out and help with this situation.

Daniel came out and saw that the roofing system was not installed properly.

Bone Dry Roofing came by a few days later to remedy this issue. We started off by removing approximately 3 squares of modified roofing material and adjacent shingles from porch. As always, we inspected for bad wood and replaced as needed. Then we properly installed approximately 3 squares of new modified roofing material and new shingles where flat rood meets adjacent slope. Next up, we removed approximately 5′ of step flashing and shingles from sided wall of flat roof. Following that, we install Ice and Water Shield to repair area to keep it nice and dry. We finished up installing new step flashing and re-shingling the area.

No more leaks and this customer is thrilled!
