Challenge
When you manage a community in a college town, no matter the alma mater, you want your property to stand above the rest! As we have mentioned before, we value our standing with local apartment & townhome property managers. In this case, there was a leaking boot affecting two units.
Solution
Our team thoroughly inspected the entire property as a courtesy earlier in the year, so when the manager called with an issue in this building we were ready to move. Within a week of her call, this repair was knocked out & her college residents were back to their studies. Another loyal customer notch on our belt!
