A new customer of Bone Dry called in and scheduled a time for Greg to come out and provide them with an estimate on a roof that was 10 years old that had a major leak in the bathroom by the window. Greg went out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and gave them an estimate for the repair.
Solution
Bobby went out and he removed 10ft by 3ft across the bottom of the slope of the roof above the window where it was leaking. We installed a new gutter apron and ice and water shield then added new shingles. We also removed an existing broken shingle and replaced it. Lastly we removed shingles around 3 pipe flashings and removed the pipes, then added new ice and water shield around the pipes. We added new multi-pipe flashing and added new shingles.
