Challenge
After a home inspection noted severe issues at a breakfast nook window, the listing agent knew something had to be done quickly before the closing. They called the experts at Bone Dry Roofing to give a full inspection and estimate!
Solution
During the initial appointment, Corey found significant wood damage present. Due to the wood rot, it is very likely this area had been leaking for some time. We were able to correct the area in time for the closing, with making the new owner happy to have a resolved issue.
