Challenge
This homeowner experienced damage to the roof’s decking and ridge vent. If left alone, water would infiltrate the interior of the house and cause mold and other damage. The Specialists at Bone Dry Roofing had to come out for an inspection and estimate.
Solution
Bone Dry Roofing went to the home to solve these problems. We removed the old shingles, decking, and cut out the area in the top of the ridge. We replaced the roof with new OSB board, synthetic felt, ice and water guard, a ridge vent cap, and shingles to match the old roof.
