As a family-owned business for more than 30 years, we wanted to share with the Bone Dry Family what we are doing to continue to provide services while monitoring the rapidly changing conditions of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the nation. We are taking steps within our company to protect our employees, you and your family by putting additional safety precautions in place in accordance with CDC recommendations.
COVID-19 has changed some of our normal processes, but has not impacted our ability to provide or deliver services to our customers.
All employees are taking temperatures before coming to work daily. Those who are ill, are to remain at home and not come to the office. Anyone who becomes ill while at work, will be sent home. Any employee who is ill, caring for someone who exhibits any signs/symptoms of COVID-19, or has been exposed, will be quarantined from the office for 14 days. And we will follow the guidance from healthcare professionals when they are able to return to the office.
We have assigned those that are able to work remotely and perform their job responsibilities to work away from the office until the conditions are improved as identified by health officials. For those employees that are in the office, we are providing social distancing work spaces as recommended and practicing effective hygiene management.
The following steps are being taken to provide touchless/social distancing services as well as flattening the curve overall to our customers and the public in general:
We will use technology to utilize touchless virtual inspections and estimating for your roofing, roofing repair, masonry*, gutters, insulation, interior/exterior repairs/services*, heating & cooling* needs. (*available in select locations.)
Touchless free inspections & estimates. No inhouse inspections unless approved by the homeowner in advance with health screening protocols implemented.
Home Solutions Specialists will present in an open-air environment; i.e. garage with door open, covered porch, or arrange video conference call appointments (Google Hangout or alternative digital platforms) to review your project.
If you do not have internet access, we will arrange other accommodations, such as a printed proposal delivered via US Mail or other delivery arrangements.

Screened for symptoms daily before reporting for work
Increased disinfecting all equipment, tools, and trucks after each appointment and at the end of the day
Washing hands more frequently, use of hand sanitizer after every interaction, covering mouth when coughing/sneezing into tissue or arm
Avoiding close contact, instead implementation of touchless/social distancing appointments/inspections/estimating

Our customer service team will confirm your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled time.
We will confirm if anyone has been ill recently in your home for the safety of your household and our team members
Confirm preference of touchless appointment or allowance of inhouse inspection and consultation
