About Wes Hayes

Wes Hayes, Regional Manager – South, joined Bone Dry Roofing in 2020.  A graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Wes has vast experience in the building industry. Wes has served as scheduler, operations manager, general manager, and regional manager in the building trades in southern states of Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.

One of the favorite parts of Wes’s position is travelling to Bone Dry locations he oversees to connect with the team members.  He enjoys supporting the team and individuals to grow and be successful in reaching their goals.

In his free time, Wes loves sports, both watching and playing.  He is married and they have two daughters that also enjoy sports, particularly travel soccer, golf, and gymnastics. Most of all Wes favorite time is spending time with family and friends hanging out, BBQs, playing cards, swimming, or shooting pool!
