In this video we take a look at a lovely home in Lexington, KY.  We seem to have found some damage on the chimney, most likely caused by several cracks on the crown.  Also, we have found some blistering on most of the shingles due to lack of ventilation on the roof.  We hope to be able to work our magic and get this homeowner the roof he deserves.
