Challenge
Customer called Bone Dry Roofing saying that their roof was old and needed to be replaced. They loved the previous shingle they had and wanted to make sure they could upgrade their roof while using the same style.
Solution
Bone Dry Roofing was able to make this happen. Jose Garcia walked through everything the customer needed to know. We were able to honor the customer’s wishes of using GAF Timberline Roofing System in Pewter Gray.
We were able to get the job completed rather quickly. We had all the materials delivered to the job site. We made sure they were put to the side and not an inconvenience to anyone. The next morning, the first thing we did was to tarp the landscape surrounding the house. We pride ourselves on keeping the job site clean. Next we were tearing off the old roof. We removed all box vents and boarded them up. During the job, we noticed there was a great deal of bad and rotted wood that needed to be replaced. Once the wood was replaced, we installed 83 ft. of ridge vent to proper ventilate attic. We also added a new bath vent pipe. We finished off by installing GAF Timberline Shingles in Pewter Gray.
The roof looks amazing and the customer is so ecstatic!
