The owners of this home were experiencing a leaky roof and weren’t sure of the penetration point. Bone Dry was called out and diagnosed the issue, and that’s just what we did! Our rep identified that a valley on the roof was badly worn and causing the water intrusions, so we crafted a custom plan to remedy the problem and properly protect the home.

We removed the shingles in the affected area and installed ice & water shield and reshingled to match as closely as possible. The leaks are a thing of the past and the residents are very happy with the repair done by Bone Dry!
