Solution
Remove siding and corner trim from chimney.
Remove damage decking.
Install new OSB on back of chimney.
Install wrap around chimney.
Install (1×6) primed trim board
Install Z-metal above corner trim.
Install J-channel,Dual Utility Strip and siding.
