Challenge
This homeowner called us in a frenzy when she discovered a severe leak coming into her home on a downpour rainy day. We knew we had to take action immediately and sent Scott Darby our production manager over there to Emergency Tarp her serious roofing problem.
Solution
After Scott had tarped off the trouble area we were able to then get Michael Marsh, a Roofing Specialist, her roof information so that he was able to diagnose and prepare her a proposal for a solution; and as it turned out she needed a new roof! Michael was able to help her with her insurance claim and get her set and ready for her entire roof.
