Challenge
A prior customer of our inspector, Ron, called in due to a leak he had in his roof. He requested that Ron come out and give him a estimate for fixing the leak.
Solution
Richie then went out and he nailed downed and sealed the window wall flashing on the left side of the home. Then he removed 2 pieces of plumbing flashing on the back of the home on the deck. He then installed ice and water shield, new flashing, as well as new shingles. Ron, once again, had a satisfied customer.
