Challenge
As members of the community, it is not uncommon for us to run into inspections for homeowners that are somehow connected. How does that saying go… there are 6 degrees of separation between any 2 people? In central KY, it can sometimes feel like that number has been slashed!
Here at Bone Dry, we make sure our team members treat every homeowner & job-site with the same respect we would extend to our family members. In this case, Jade was requested specifically & just as the homeowner trusted us to do, we were able to deliver. Recent high winds had dislodged a portion of the flat roof of his home. After thorough inspecting & planning, Jade sent our team out to replace that section of roof.
Solution
We removed the existing torch down flat roof in the rear section of the home. Replacing it with EPDM, then we set with the task of terminating the edges & reshingling the transition area. With an outstanding workmanship warranty, our homeowner can now feel safe & secure if high winds hit again.
