Challenge
Our client knew it was close to time for a new roof. He had another itch to scratch too…
The metal porch roof on this beautiful home in the Fairway neighborhood was front & center to the main thoroughfare. Not wanting to lose footing with his neighbors, our homeowner was ready to replace the rusty metal that had irked him over the years. He figured doing so while replacing his roof made the most sense & contacted us for more information.
Solution
Mike met with our client & laid out the structured approach to replacing both the shingles & the flat section of the roofs here. He explained that the roof was performing, but the porch roof was in need of attention before water was able to cause serious damage. Our homeowner made the call to replace the porch roof at this time, with the knowledge that we keep all proposals on file for any future work. Once all tightened up, this was capped off with iron-clad warranties & no likelihood of the ugly rust returning. This stately home has now returned to it’s lead as the prettiest on the street!
Our team is not going to upsell you or push you into unwarranted projects. We are here for you long term – give us a call to see what makes us different from your average roofer!
