Challenge
A local country club needed to update their roof top patio. Bone Dry Roofing came to the rescue.
Solution
We Install .060 mill EPDM Rubber roofing membrane on entire exterior floor surface on rear of clubhouse and along sides where current pavers are. Then we included a second unafixed membrane (slip sheet) to prevent damage to primary membrane during the application of concrete surface. Bone Dry Roofing installed a termination bar and copper flashing along all brick walls that encounter the rubber membrane. We also went in and repaired 12 holes in EPDM roofing membrane due to cigarette burns and punctures. Then we installed membrane around new wall at Terrace Grill to waterproof.
