This roof was in bad shape and the customer was concerned it wouldn't hold up come winter. Our team visited the residence and inspected the roof, identifying the issue with the flat roofing section. We outlined a custom plan to remedy the problem and walked the client through our proposal.
Bone Dry Roofing came and removed the shingles from a 9'x9' flat roof. Next up, we inspected for bad wood and replaced any as needed. Then we installed new modified roofing to the 9'x9' flat roof. Next, we replaced a 5" flue boot with collar and a 3"' lead pipe boot. Then we replace the flashing on each side of flat roof. We finished up by by properly nailing down and sealing noticeable nail pops around the repair area.
