A new customer called us to schedule a estimate due to a leak they had around a pipe boot. Dan visited the home, walked the roof, and did a thorough inspection. We identified the source of the problems to be the power vent, pipe boot, and some poorly shingled sections.

Our crew went out and replaced a power vent and a lead pipe boot. In addition to replacing the pipe boot and power vent, we added ice and water shield and new shingles. The customer was happy with the work completed and the leak now being fixed, and they love having the Bone Dry name backing their roof!
