A new customer of ours called in and scheduled a time for a sales representative to come out to inspect the home so they can get an estimate. They had some fascia board that needed to be repaired, so after a detailed inspection we then gave them a estimate for the work to be completed.

We detached and removed the entire downspout and unclogged it, then we removed the gutter and carefully removed app 10′ of aluminum soffit. We also carefully removed the fascia metal. Then we removed the fascia metal from a bird box and loosened fascia metal from the gable as needed. We rebuilt fascia boards, including the bird box, then re-installed fascia metal, using any old pieces if possible. Next we reinstalled aluminum soffit pieces, and re-installed gutters, downspouts, and elbows. The project looks fantastic and our clients love it!
