Challenge
A new customer called in to Bone Dry to schedule an appointment due to a leak they had around the chimney. A sales representative went out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and also looked at the chimney and the vents.
Solution
Bobby went out and he removed the flashing around the chimney and the shingles. We installed new ice and water shield around the entire perimeter of the chimney and installed new shingles matching as closely as possible. We then reworked the shingles around the flue stack, turbine, and box vent that were previously incorrectly installed. We had finished the project to the customers satisfaction.
