About Grant Casteel
With more than 30 years in the roofing industry, Grant Casteel, General Manager of Indianapolis, Indiana, brings a wealth of expertise to customers of Central Indiana. Grant started with Bone Dry as a Production Supervisor in 1998, where he provided onsite roofing project responsibilities for materials, team assignments, and support team members. He then moved into the role as a repairman for the Roofing Division providing diagnostic and actual roofing repair for roofing projects and was eventually promoted to Roofing Repair Manager. During this time, Grant participated in a variety of roofing installation and training and became a Certified Master Applicator. Grant was promoted to General Manager of Bone Dry Roofing Indianapolis overseeing all of Bone Dry services in Indy in 2018.
When asked what Grant enjoys most about working at Bone Dry, he shared he loves the people he works with and for—and he also enjoys resolving our customer’s roofing issues and creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
In his free time, Grant loves watching his daughter play Division One basketball, riding his Harley motorcycle, and spending time with his family and two dogs!
