About Matthew Short

Matthew is the branch manager of the Dayton office. Matthew joined the Bone Dry team in 2022 to help facilitate our expansion into the Dayton marketplace. Professionally, Matthew has two years of roofing experience at a roofing company in Virginia. Before that, Matt worked in higher education in Student Development for 12 years.  Matthew has proven to be a great asset to the Bone Dry team. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about people. This passion is reflected in Matt’s past education as well. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Counseling and a Master’s degree in Theology from Liberty University. Matthew has experience running sales appointments, managing people, and solving complex customer issues. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys reading, cheering on Cincinnati sports teams, and spending time outdoors. He loves spending time with his family and growing his charitable organization that he founded with his wife Becky that helps families with financial support needed for adoption and foster care.
