Challenge
Low slope or no slope roofs are a common occurrence in residential applications. Even with the familiarity of these items, water & lack of pitch can be problematic for many homeowners. This property had an old roof on the garage that needed to be updated before water became an issue.
Solution
Scott met with the homeowner & measured the area to be replaced. After discussing and estimate about the various materials available, it was determined that 3ply modified bitumen would be ideal. We installed the flat roof, transitioning the shingles into the garage roof to eliminate troublesome seams. Well done team!
