This old aluminum ridge vent was outdated and had been a great ridge vent for many years, but once some strong rain and heavy weather hit this aluminum ridge vent couldn’t quite keep up anymore, and when push came to shove, a nail came loose and was allowing water to get inside and underneath.

Our crews were able to assess the situation and inform them of the sad condition of the old aluminum ridge vent. In an effort to always leave a job site better than we left it – our crew did what they originally came to do and applied an emergency tarp over the top of the ridge vent to prevent water from coming through and to also give the homeowner peace of mind!
