Challenge
A new customer of Bone Dry called and scheduled a time for someone to come out and provide them an estimate for a repair. Ron stopped by to provide an inspection of the roof and gave them the Bone Dry proposal to repair the roof.
Solution
Bobby had went out and removed the shingles in a small area on the front left upper side of the roof. We replaced a small section of decking and installed new felt, with new shingles. Then we removed 3 existing lead flashing on the house and installed new aluminum flashing. We also added new ice and water shield and shingles. Lastly we replaced 1 missing shingle on the front slope. We replaced up to 4 ft of shingle cap on the second story. Then we replaced up to 5 missing shingles.
